Shipping to U.S. and Canada ONLY. Insurance and order tracking is included in all shipping quotes. Google Checkout and Paypal orders will be shipped within three business days of payment. All other orders will be shipped once payment has cleared, (approximately 10 business days). All items are packed with the utmost care using recycled materials, whenever possible. Customer will be provided tracking information upon shipment.
Returns
Pinky LaRue offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all orders. If you are not satisfied with an item purchased at Pinky LaRue for any reason, please use the "Contact Us" form to request a return authorization within 30 days of the date of purchase. A refund of the purchase price, exclusive of shipping charges, will be issued upon receipt of the item.
